She has been adjunct faculty at the University of Houston-Clear Lake campus as well as University of Houston Downtown campus. Tam advises senior leaders both domestically and internationally in the areas of strategic human capital management, global compensation & benefits, HR information systems & data management, and mergers & acquisitions.

Jeff advises clients in the areas of strategic planning and execution, cybersecurity, M&A, program and project management, continuous process improvement, and application development. In addition to developing technology solutions for clients, Jeff provides interim/fractional ClO services to clients across multiple industries including oil and gas, construction and retail. During his tenure at NB Business Solutions, Jeff has served as interim CIO for a Dallas-based midstream organization as well as large enterprise organizations.
