2022 was an incredibly important year for NB Business Solutions for so many reasons. In spite of the myriad of challenges that were thrown our industry’s way – from inflation to the Great Resignation and Quiet Quitting – we reached significant milestones, welcomed new clients, provided innovative HR solutions, and helped our customers reach their goals.
We wanted to take a moment to thank our clients and partners for continuing to trust us with the most precious parts of their business, and celebrate last year’s accomplishments.
A year of wins
In 2022, NB Business Solutions added 7 new clients to our portfolio, and all have been from personal referrals from current and past clients. This is the best kind of compliment, and we thank you for the confidence you place in us.
We also continued to work with our current clients on many HR projects despite an incredibly challenging year by providing leadership advisory and coaching services to emerging leaders; implementing new remote work policies; and addressing the Great Resignation, Quiet Quitting, and pay equity issues through culture, retention strategies, and various compensation programs. Notably, we also helped assess our clients’ compensation levels to their competitors in order to achieve pay equity.
Additionally, our clients save hundreds of millions in fines thanks to our auditing services, which entail correcting and reporting data to various employment regulatory agencies.
Finally, several clients are using our services to prepare for acquisitions and bring new products to market. With a renewed focus on technology, we’ve helped implement tools to automate HR processes so HR teams could focus on strategic initiatives rather than tactical management.
